E'Group Entertainment works in association with E. Ladder Entertainment. E. Ladder Entertainment is a full service record label, production and promotion company. Founded in 1994 by Eskor Ewah and Barry White, it was formally known as Nia Imani Records. E. Ladder Entertainment is unique in its approach to the music industry in that they utilize a template that encompasses record production, fashion, networking with top named artists, and the E. Ladder “positive only” style-sit to promote its image and its artists.

Barry White is the current CEO of E. Ladder Entertainment. However he wears many different hats. He is also a well known Hip-Hop artist for his own label, an associate Pastor, and Executive Director of ENA’ME Group Entertainment. Because of his strong ties to the Gospel and Hip-Hop communities, Mr. White and the E. Ladder brand are both well known which places them in the enviable position to move quickly on concert projects with top tier artists.

A few of the artists that E. Ladder have promoted are P. Diddy, Faith Evans, 112, Black Rob, and Carl Thomas. However concerts were just the beginning. With the business and creative juices still flowing along with inspiration and support from peers and colleagues in the industry, “In Yo Face Fashions” came to life and became the only Hip-Hop store in Houston. Because the store is so well respected, VIP patrons include, the (then) Houston Rockets’ Steve Francis, and Hip-Hop artists such as Scarface and Eightball would frequently been seen at the shopping at the store. The “multi-cultural core” of E. Ladder Entertainment consists of a staff and artists that speak languages from Arabic, Yoruba, Ific, Wolof, French, Spanish, and English. Their goal is to present to the world what Hip-Hop and Gospel is currently doing in the United States.
